Senior CRM Executive
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join Pharmaceutical Press, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s knowledge business (RPS). You will be the Marketing owner of our Pardot marketing automation platform, with primary responsibility for delivery of our customer lifecycle and marketing data strategies. You will work very closely with your Marketing, Sales, and Product colleagues, and with our external Salesforce partner.
Specialising in data management, marketing automation and conversion rate optimisation you will implement, analyse, and report on targeted communications programmes to drive customer value, and prove the usefulness of Marketing activity and its influence on sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Pardot (or other marketing automation platform) and Salesforce
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in optimising email marketing effort deliverability and click through behaviour
- Ability to create lead generation and conversion rate optimisation strategies
- Experience in managing marketing contact data and data management strategy
- Consistently applies GDPR with regards to all email marketing and data management activity
- User experience focus
- Good ability to use data to create stories that clearly explain marketing activity performance and user behaviour trends
- Able to explain technical and analytical information with clarity to senior managers and colleagues with clarity
- Understands and is driven by the relationship between marketing effort and revenue generation
- Proficient user of WordPress CMS
- Experience managing third party suppliers
The Directorate
The Pharmaceutical Press (PhP) Sales & Marketing directorate has the responsibility of marketing, selling, and managing the operational logistics of delivering PhP’s content to a global market in order to achieve PhP’s financial objectives, which are made up of three lines of revenue. The primary focus of the Sales and Marketing teams is the growth and success of MedicinesComplete (MC). The Sales Operation team, in addition to providing support as the MC customer helpdesk, spends a large proportion of time managing our second line of revenue, our print portfolio, looking after a network of resellers, wholesalers, and the sizeable delivery logistics. Lastly, we manage the delivery of our third most important revenue line, the licensing business, which manages the bespoke provision of our content into 3rd party settings and systems.
